Who I am
Paul Pacey is an independent photographer and consultant based in Prague, Czech Republic, working with international schools worldwide. For anything to do with your personal data, write to paul@paulpacey.photography.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me: your name, school, role and work email; your messages; your discovery brief and any images you upload; and basic, anonymous website statistics.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to give you access to my private portfolio, and to prepare for and deliver our work together. I never sell your data or use it for anything unrelated.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except the trusted services that run this website and my email, such as Wix, which hosts the site. They process data only on my behalf.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it for, and no longer than [24 months] after our last contact, unless we work together and the law requires me to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it’s used, at any time. Just email me. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).

Images on this website
Every image shown publicly on this website is used with the express consent of the school, or has been altered to remove identifying features, to protect the privacy and safety of the students pictured.
Photographs of students
Images from school shoots are covered by separate agreements with each school, which remains responsible for its students’ data and consent.
